My autodimming rear view mirror failed and started leaking. BMW only had a complete mirror to offer at a price almost ridiculous. I found John's site and ordered a replacement glass. John's service was great even during the weekend (!) and the replacement glass reached my address in Sweden in only a few days. It was easy to fit in my car thanks to John's instructions.

My auto dimming mirror (BMW 645ci) had developed air bubbles and I couldn’t get a replacement unless paying £450 to BMW (every one on eBay had non-dimming glass). I got in touch with John and he sorted out the correct glass for me. Was sent next day delivery and easy to fit (hardest part was getting the sticky pads off the back of the circuit board!). The new mirror turns quicker and better than the original- I thoroughly recommend this!

Stumbled across this website by accident whilst investigating a problem with the rear view mirror on my e46 M3 and I'm happy I did. Read through everything and decided a replacement glass was the way forward for me as mine was showing bubbles and starting to leak (caught it early luckily). Ordered it on the Thursday and it arrived first thing Friday, well packaged as well. Followed the online instructions to the letter and the job was done within a half hour and it's fantastic, better than the original ever was. I highly recommend, thank you.
